John Edgar
John Edgar was born in Bellingham, Washington and has lived in the Pacific Northwest for his entire life. Working most of his life as a Harley mechanic, he has since retired to the Maple Falls area and found a love for woodworking. His specialty and favorite process is the open segmented turning at times using over 500 pieces. John also enjoys riding his bicycle on the local trails and spending time with his granddaughter.
Aly Brown
Aly Brown was born in Portland, Oregon and other than a few childhood years in California has lived her life in the Pacific Northwest. Her deep love of the outdoors and nature, and the desire to share the beauty that moves her, led her to photography. Self-taught, with her curiosity fueling her, she explores different ways she can use the camera to capture her vision. After viewing a show of encaustics and loving the effect, she started using encaustics with her images.
The encaustic process, layers of beeswax and damar resin fused to the image, is like icing in the cake. It give the images a dreamy, ethereal feel. It is always exciting to finish a piece. Aly hopes that the emotions she feels when the image was captured remains in the finished work.
Chelsea Dollar Design
Chelsea Dollar has a degree in photography from Santa Fe University of Art & Design. She loves being outside and experiencing nature through hiking, snowshoeing, and exploring. She translates her love of the outdoors into images she takes on her adventures. Chelsea has been exploring the Mt. Baker area for over 20 years and currently lives in Glacier.

James Clark
James bought his first camera with f-stops at 12, and Olympus XA, and was off. Through high school, college (spending days in the dark room), months long trips and adventures and gatherings; he was taking pictures. To James each single picture captures a slice of time. The one photo preserves a single moment, a particular light, a specific expression, and as a bonus, a memory is created. James is grateful to share his little slices of time.
